My role
La Folle Furieuse was a travelling obstacle-race series held in public spaces across France. Each event transformed an empty site into a safe, high-energy experience for thousands of participants.
As Events & Logistics Manager, I coordinated equipment, obstacle installation, course readiness, participant flow and on-site teams. The flagship Amnéville event welcomed around 6,000 participants over two days.
I managed a core team of up to five people and coordinated on-site crews of up to 30. From setup through race day, I kept teams aligned, solved practical issues quickly and ensured the event experience ran safely and smoothly for participants.
Outcome
A high-energy public event experience, delivered safely and consistently across multiple locations in France through detailed planning, practical logistics and strong on-site coordination.
